Description
The TLS (Terrestrial Laser Scanning) survey was carried out at the Miaximall Pompeii shopping center construction site to capture the as-built condition of all MEP components installed within the structure. The survey of the largest shopping center in Europe (the complex will cover an area of approximately 200,000 square meters) required the processing and alignment of over 1,500 laser scans, distributed across two levels. The post-processing of the complete set of scans produced a point cloud with a maximum deviation of 25 mm.
