Consulting for BIM procurement management for Contracting Authorities and Public Administrations
The Ministerial Decree 560/2017 has established the mandatory use of BIM for progressively lower amounts in the public sector, defining a point of no return towards the digitalization of public procurement. The BIM-Lab.net Project team supports Contracting Authorities in “identifying uses and objectives for” BIM implementation, through the provision of technical BIM material to be used as a basis for tenders and targeted specialist consultancy:
– assistance in identifying priorities and objectives;
– identification of BIM model uses;
– support in drafting the Information Specifications and the Organizational Act;
– definition of criteria and scores for bid evaluation;
– training plan for technical personnel.
