BIM-Lab.net Project supports companies with its know-how and certified professionals: our team includes BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, CDE Managers, and BIM Specialists. The number of awarded contracts is growing compared to previous years, demonstrating the strength of the applied workflow.
Public tender analysis
The first phase of our work consists in identifying a tender that allows us to bring out the full value of everything we’ve learned so far (and where we still need to improve). We are a team, and every decision is made after a meeting of our tender group, where each idea is carefully analyzed and agreed upon collectively. The digital twin of the project is essential to enable smooth collaboration between our team members, professional partners, and contractors. All aspects of the project, including any proposed improvements, must be reflected in the BIM model to allow for a reliable assessment of the benefits and their control parameters.

Our team is made up of engineers aiming to build a broad and interdisciplinary skill set. Our choices—and those of our partner companies—do not blindly aim for the lowest bid. As professionals, our responsibility is to pursue excellence, create livable spaces, improve the environment, and minimize impacts by using sustainable sources of raw materials and energy. Therefore, at this stage, our work focuses on finding the best way to make investments cost-effective.
