Description
The intervention concerned the seismic and energy upgrading of the building belonging to the Salerno Harbour Master’s Office. The professionalism demonstrated by the project team enabled the successful completion of the work within the established timeframe and without any significant issues:
– Laser scanner survey of the entire building
– Delivery of the federated BIM model, covering all three disciplines — Architectural, Structural, and MEP — fully navigable and ready for use in every part, enabling design development based on the updated as-is condition transposed into the BIM environment.
