Description
The team provided its tools and expertise to develop, for a group of State-owned properties located within the Lazio region, the following:
– Laser scanner survey of the existing condition and point cloud generation;
– BIM modeling of the architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines;
– Energy audit and seismic vulnerability assessment of the buildings;
– Technical and Economic Feasibility Design (PFTE) for seismic upgrading.
